Three songwriters walk into a bar...  

...They're Jim Allen, Ken Beasley, & Andy Germak. They met years ago in a fellow songwriter's Greenwich Village apartment. Since then, with a mutual love of down & dirty riffs and bitingly honest lyrics, the three have shared many a stage throughout New York, as well as a true respect and admiration for each other's tunes.

So, in an uptown saloon in mid 2004, with pints of Guinness in hand, they conceived the idea for the Song Triangle, an in-the-round concept with an open, trio feeling. 

With 3 acoustic guitars, and trading off on lead vocal duty, the Triangle's diverse repertoire of individual and collaborative originals is tied together by the distinctive personal touches of Beasley's flamenco infused lead guitar, Allen's upside-down/5-stringed tuning, and Germak's wailing blues harmonica.
